Knitting doll clothes has always been right up there with knitting toilet paper covers for me. Never gonna happen.
But when my girl picks me flowers and shows me her pantless grandma doll...well, I guess it won't be long before I'm gifting the entire family with tacky tp covers to match the bathroom decor. At least it's a good use for leftover sock yarn.

I knit a doll skirt once. Only it didn't start out as a skirt. It started out to be a hat that ended very badly. LOL I like yours much better!
It's good for sock yarn, that's for sure. Plus the doll looks so hip now!
